1. Data security

We do not store your payment information. All payment and address information is encrypted between your browser and our website to ensure maximum security of your personal data. We use Paypal Services to process our payments.

2. Ordering samples

Please note that the designs shown on our website are a good indication only, and computer screens do vary considerably. For the best possible colour-matching, we recommend you order samples in advance as we can not be held responsible for any difference in batches.

3. Satisfaction guarantee and product returns

Unfortunately we can only accept returns if there is a fault with your product. We cannot accept cancellations or returns if you change your mind once the product has been ordered. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event of a fault please send a sample of the faulty product to us with the label – it is not always necessary to return all the faulty product. Please do note that you should check all wallpaper and fabric products for faults before and during hanging. If you need to return a product, please send us an e-mail to Vie Interiors at: info@vieinteriors.co.uk please specify your order ID, the reason you would like to return your product, and whether you would would like a refund or replacement.

If you need to return any products, please send them to: Vie Interiors, 126 Manchester Road, Kearsley, Bolton, BL4 8QP.

In the rare case that you discover that a product is defective in some way or is faulty, we guarantee a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge. Please do note that you must check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging.

4. Product warranties

You may have additional rights under warranties supplied by the manufacturer of the products you order from us. Please contact us or the manufacturer if you require further information. If we discover that a price was mis-stated or that a product is out of stock, we will either notify you by e-mail or give you the option of voiding the sale.

5. Health and safety considerations

We publish all product information about our products in good faith, and with regard to the conditions needed to ensure that Products supplied will be safe and without risk to health when used properly. Any information and advice given should not of itself be considered an adequate risk assessment as may be required under Health and Safety legislation. Please get in touch if you don’t already know to safely use any of the products, or you learn of any health and safety risks.

6. Sale of the goods

We believe that all the products we offer are of a high quality, and suitable for the purpose and specifications for which they were created or designed. Should you discover any kind of defect, you should report this to us as soon as it is discovered. Any technical information we provide to you is given in good faith. You are responsible for satisfying yourself as to the suitability of the product having regard to your own particular situation and upon site conditions that are not known to us. Our liability shall not exceed the value of the products we have supplied to you. In particular, any loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to human error via the website, telephone or other means of communication regarding incorrect sales, pricing, quotations or information. In the event of any payments being made in part or full, a refund will be isssued for the amount paid which can take upto 28 days to complete.

7. Your local laws

Please check your local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding the exclusion of implied warranties. Use and import of any products by you are subject to your own customs, policies, clearance and any fees and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of import. No warranty is given by Vie Interiors as to the legality of the products at the location where they are received.

8. General terms

Your purchase of Products from Vie Interiors will be a contract made in England according to the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to any court of competent jurisdiction within England or Wales. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damage and accordingly some limitations here stated may not apply to you. Your statutory rights are not affected. Vie Interiors can revise these terms and conditions without notice, by posting new terms on our website at https://vieinteriors.co.uk or by notifying you by e-mail. Any later purchase of products by you after such a posting or notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

9. Privacy policy and data protection

We take privacy and data protection very seriously By completing an order on our website you agree that we, or our card acquirers Paypal, are able to store your data on their servers in the United Kingdom.

To help us understand the needs of our customers and improve our service, your responses to questions and other data will be held on our database. Customers’ data stored on our secure server complies with statutory requirements. This data is not made available to any other company.

We endeavour to protect the information you provide and there are various security procedures that have been put in place. Our servers may only be accessed by authorised personnel.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery Charge is FREE to UK mainland. (Upto 20 kilos) and will take approx 7 – 10 working days,except Vescom, Tektura, Muraspec and Dixon Turner products which will incur a standard £30 shipping charge.

If you require a faster shipping time please email us with your requirements and we will quote you the cost as this is not a free serice.

Items above 20 kilos please email for a shipping cost

Approximately 7 – 10working days from confirmation of order (Exc Bank Holidays)

Fabric and Wallcoverings orders are special orders and cannot be cancelled or returned.

You will be informed if any product is out of stock at our earliest convenience

Deliveries will be by courier or Royal Mail

Deliveries must be paid for prior to delivery

Please do not book your decorator or machinist until you have received your order as we will not be held responsible for any delay with your order.

Please note that orders placed on or after 12th December cannot be guaranteed for delivery before christmas.

Please note all Vescom products can ONLY be shipped to UK Mainland and are NOT available for export.

Returns & Replacements

In addition to your legal rights:

Exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
providing it is returned in its original packaging & fit for re-sale

Original till receipt required as proof of purchase

Refunds will be given by the same method as your purchase

If payment was made by debit/credit card, the same card must be used

No refunds will be given for made to measure, cut or mixed products

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund with or without a till receipt.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Products Delivered or Despatched:

As above, plus:
Refunds given, less any collection & re-stocking charges (25%) incurred.

You must inform us by email, telephone, or in writing of any items to be collected, and the reason why

No claims can be made against Vie Interiors after a 6 month period from the date of order no matter what the reason.

It is your responsibility to make sure items are packaged properly and insured against loss and damage before returning to us as we cannot accept responsibility for any of the above.

We must be advised of any damages, wrong items, or short deliveries within 24 hours of delivery by telephone or email

International Deliveries.

Please note we are unable to deliver any products by Vescom, Designers Guild, Ralph Lauren or Christian Lacroix outside of the UK and any products by Harlequin and Sandersons.
